PIRATE POWER
Holland Hall is home to the 2,500 square foot Pirate Performance Center. The facility features customized training equipment by Hoist, Power Lift Hammer Strength, and the latest neuromuscular training devices by Inverse Alignment Systems and Pneumex. The facility is also equipped with a computer video system that is used for lifting technique, sprint training, and rehabilitation.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Hampton University Performance Team is to provide competitive athletes the means by which they may train consistently, sensibly, and systematically over designed periods of time, in a safe, clean, and professional environment in order to improve athletic performance, prevent injury, and build confidence.
