HAMPTON, Va. – Hampton University head football coach Donovan Rose will hold his first press conference of the season on Tuesday at 12 p.m. in the meeting room at Armstrong Stadium, leading up to the team's 2012 opener.

The Pirates, in their fourth season under Rose, will open the season on Thursday, traveling to Cookeville, Tenn. to take on Tennessee Tech at Tucker Stadium at 8 p.m. EST.

This will be the first-ever meeting between the two teams.
