INDOOR TRACK FINISHES AT ECAC/IC4A

Men Take Eighth Place Finish
BOSTON, MA. – The Hampton University indoor track teams competed in the ECAC/IC4A Championships hosted by Boston University and came away with an eighth place men's finish and a 26th place for the women.
Leading the men was Justin Beatty who won the 500 meters (1:02.85), while teammate Jaelen Williams was second in 1:02.87. Williams also took seventh in the 60 hurdles in 8.33.
Brenan Garrett took sixth in the 60 meters (6.87) and seventh in the 200 meters (21.77).
For the women, Meshala Morton was third in the 60 meter finals (7.50), while Kaitlin Scott scored 3390 points in the pentathlon to take fourth.
