MEN'S BASKETBALL NOW CLOSES REGULAR SEASON AT LONGWOOD

The Hampton men's basketball team will close out its regular season on Wednesday night at 6 pm taking on Longwood in Farmville. The Lancers won the opener of this Big South series 83-73 on Feb. 15.
Heading into the last week of the regular season, the Big South Conference announced the game as part of a full final week's worth of schedule additions as a means to prioritize games that impact seeding/hosting potentials in the upcoming Hercules Tires Big South Men's Basketball Championships starting on Feb. 27.
With those changes, the Winthrop series originally scheduled for this week has been canceled.
