Box Score Durham, N.C.-The Hampton University Women's Tennis team dropped Friday's match at North Carolina Central University. The Eagles clinched the victory 5-2 over the Pirates.
 
Juniors Keri Quillin and Franzene Tsui won their sets in Friday's contest for HU.
 
Tsui recorded Hampton's only singles victory at the No. 5 singles 6-4, 6-2.
 
The dual-ended resulting in a win by default single for Hampton's Quillin.
 
Hampton dips to a 0-4 start to the season.
 
NCCU won its first match to improve to 1-5 on the season.
 
In the Doubles, Franzene and Quilllin played well; however, the second set went unfinished.
 
The Pirates will return to action on Saturday, March 5 at Campbell University at 10:30 AM.
