Jordan Mozie secure first place finishes in their individual events for Hampton at the Norfolk State Invitational April 15-16
th.

The Pirates also took home first place in the Men's 4x400 Relay, featuring Langford,
Moffat Wanjiru, Jeremiah hill, and
Dugion Blackman with a winning time of 3:15.55.
Aduma recorded the Pirate's first win of the day in the women's 100M clocking in at 11.60.
The Pirates dominated the competition in the 400 Hurdles as Grant took first place for the women at 59.42 and Langford took first place for the men at 52.72.
Hampton continued their success on the track in the 800M with wins on both the men's and women's sides. Mozie won her race, recording a 2:14.72, and Fullerton won his race, clocking in at 1:54.66.
The Pirates also secured some big wins in the field events, highlighted by performances from Edwards for the men and Caldwell for the women.
Edwards won the discus throw with a toss of 165-01.
Caldwell captured a win in the women's shot put with a throw of 47-09; the women's throwers continue to perform well week after week as
Oluwatomilayo Akintunde came in second with a throw of 46-04.75.
