ANNAPOLIS, Md. (September 7, 2024) – The Pirates wrapped up the Cantello Invitational on Saturday morning in Annapolis, Md. The Naval Academy hosted the meet.

The Lady Pirates finished the 6K in eighth place with 197 points.

Freshman Peninah Mutisya finished the race in fourth place with a time of 21:24.1. Junior Jordan Mozie was the next Lady Pirate to cross the finish-line in 25th place (23:48.2).
Another junior Mekayla Wilson grabbed 62nd place (26:05.0) and freshman Kylee King earned 66th place (26:50.7). Freshman Chloe Maignan was the last Lady Pirate to score in 75th place (7:41.7).

Khalid Hamid competing in the men's 4.9 mile race and finished in 53rd place (28:06.5).
