HAMPTON, Va. (Oct. 24, 2025) … The Hampton University triathlon team will compete in the NCAA East Regionals Saturday morning in Troutman, N.C. 

The meet will consist of a 750-meter swim, 19k bike and 5k run, beginning at 10:00 a.m. 

Hampton will see senior Niya Buckner compete in her fifth event of the 2025 season. Buckner will become the first four-year triathlete in Hampton history following the season's end. Michele Morgan, Dymonasia Williams and Meghan Lewis will also compete in Saturday's event.
