DAVIDSON, N.C. (Sept. 15, 2025) … Two Pirates competed in the Lake Davidson Sprint Triathlon in Davidson, N.C. Sunday morning. 

The triathlon consisted of a 750 meter swim, 12.7 mile bike ride and a 5k run. 

Niya Buckner led Hampton with a total time of 1:34:02, her best of the season. Dymonasia Williams finished with a total time of 1:46:32 to round out the Pirates in the event. She recorded times of 16:43 in the swim, 50:50 in the bike and 35:51 in the run.
