HAMPTON, Va. (Feb. 28, 2026) … The Hampton University women's tennis team dropped a non-conference match with Longwood Saturday 4-0 at Phoebus High. 

Longwood earned the first point of the match when they defeated Hampton in doubles. After dropping the first two points in singles, Tanya Midzi continued to battle for the Pirates taking her match to three sets, but ultimately fell 7-5, 4-6, 6-2.
