2010-11 R-SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in six games for the Pirates… scored two points each in his last four games… averaged 1.3 points and 0.7 rebounds per game… went 4-for-6 from the floor on the season… tied his career high with two rebounds at Delaware State on Feb. 26… also recorded his first career steal in that game… averaged 2.8 minutes per game.

2009-10 R-FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 12 games for the Pirates… averaged 0.7 points and 0.4 rebounds per game… went 4-for-7 (.571) from the floor on the season… scored a career-high four points against Monmouth on Nov. 29… pulled down two rebounds at Wyoming on Nov. 28… dished out an assist against Florida A&M on Jan. 25… blocked a shot at Wyoming on Nov. 28.

2008-09 FRESHMAN SEASON
Redshirted for the Pirates.

ELEANOR ROOSEVELT HIGH SCHOOL
Played JV basketball for Roosevelt as a freshman and sophomore… averaged 20 points and eight rebounds a game as a sophomore… moved up to the varsity squad as a junior… averaged 12 points and 10 rebounds a game in his senior season, earning the Coach’s Award… given the Minds in Motion honor all four years.

Born Sept. 18, 1990… son of Melba and Steve Taylor… cousin Nasir Quadree is a Hampton University graduate who played basketball for the Pirates… nicknamed Kardi… featured in the Bowie Gazette and Washington Post… majoring in recreation… wants to own his own fitness center or sports complex.
