2010 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… Second Team All-MEAC in the 100-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay and long jump… Third Team All-MEAC in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash… jumped 4.85 meters in the long jump at the Murray Neely Invitational to come in ninth… finished fourth in the long jump at the International Friendship & Freedom Games at 5.55 meters, while running a 13.95 in the 100-meter hurdles to finish fourth… jumped 5.96 meters in the college long jump at the Penn relays to finish seventh… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the MEAC title with a 3:40.83… finished second in the 100-meter hurdles (13.54), 4x100-meter relay (45.58) and long jump (6.03m)… finished third in the 100-meter dash (11.69) and the 200-meter dash (24.17).

2009-10 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the season by winning the 55-meter hurdles with a 7.90 at the CNU Holiday Open… finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Father Diamond Invitational after running a 57.68… won the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 8.62 at the New York City Gotham Cup… came in second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.59) and fourth in the long jump (5.63m) at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic… finished second in the 55-meter hurdles (7.97) and fourth in the long jump (5.72m) at the Terrier Invitational… won the college long jump title at 6.16 meters in the New Balance Collegiate Invitational… ran an 8.76 in the 60-meter hurdles to finish seventh in the MEAC Championships.

2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the 200-meter dash… finished second in the 200-meter dash with a 23.58 at the MEAC Championships… helped the 4x100-meter relay team (45.16) and 4x200-meter relay team (1:35.99) win titles at the Raleigh Relays… won the 100-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet with an 11.72, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team finish third in 3:49.96 and finishing fourth in the 100-meter hurdles in 14.14… helped the 4x100-meter relay team win the ECAC Final at the Penn Relays with a 45.21… also finished 17th in the 100-meter hurdles with a 13.80… named MEAC Athlete of the Week for April 22.

2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the long jump, 60-meter dash and 200-meter dash… Second Team All-MEAC in the 60-meter hurdles… named Most Outstanding Performer at the MEAC Championships after winning the long jump (6.03m), 60-meter dash (7.47) and 200-meter dash (24.18), while finishing second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.36)… opened the season by winning the 55-meter hurdles at the CNU Holiday Open with a 7.93 and the long jump with a distance of 5.79 meters… also finished in a tie for second in the 55-meter dash (7.02) and helped win the 4x400-meter relay race in 3:51.89… ran an 8.70 in the 60-meter hurdles at the UMES Lid-Lifter to win that event, while also finishing fourth in the 60-meter dash with a 7.77… won the 60-meter dash (7.50) and finished second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.37) at the Virginia Tech Invitational, while also finishing fifth in the long jump (5.54m)… finished second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.39) and third in the 60-meter dash (7.48) at the Penn State Invitational… ran an 8.54 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Hampton University Invitational, finishing fourth… finished seventh in the 60-meter hurdles (8.41) and ninth in the 200-meter dash (23.91) at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational… won the 200-meter dash with a 23.86 at the ECAC Indoor Championships, while also finishing second in the 60-meter hurdles with an 8.46… named MEAC Athlete of the Week for Dec. 6.

2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Won the 100-meter dash at the Wake Forest Open with a time of 11.90, while also finishing third in the 200-meter dash (24.28) and sixth in the preliminaries of the 100-meter hurdles (14.00)… ran a 12.41 in the 100-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational to finish 10th… also finished seventh in the 100-meter hurdles with a 14.18… came in third in the 100-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, running a 12.09… earned first team All-MEAC honors after winning both the 100-meter dash (11.69) and 200-meter dash (23.50) at the MEAC Championships… also finished third in the 100-meter hurdles (14.09) and third in the long jump (5.82m).

2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational running a 8.71… also finished second in the 200-meter dash with a 25.09… finished second in the 60-meter dash at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 7.61… won the 60-meter dash at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 7.70, while finishing second in the 60-meter hurdles with a 8.69… also finished 12th in the long jump with a distance of 5.19 meters… competed in three events at the Penn State National Invitational: the 60-meter dash (7.57 – 12th), the 200-meter dash (24.80 – t-8th) and the 60-meter hurdles (8.48 – 6th)… competed in three events at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational: the 60-meter hurdles (8.58 – 14th), the 200-meter dash (24.36 – 15th) and the long jump (4.97m – 52nd)… finished sixth in both the 60-meter dash (7.72) and the 60-meter hurdles (8.70) at the MEAC Championships, while also finishing eighth in the 200-meter dash (25.60) and 10th in the long jump (5.41m).

EAST ORANGE CAMPUS HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year star on the East Orange track & field team… also competed in cross country as a sophomore and junior… named Athlete of the Year and All-Area Performer of the Year as a senior.

PERSONAL
Born Oct. 24, 1989… daughter of Yvette Arscott and Mark Vassell… nicknamed Rocky… majoring in health and physical education… plans to become a physical therapist.
