2010 JUNIOR SEASON
Played in 79 sets for the Lady Pirates, seeing action in 28 of the team’s 32 matches… led the team with 550 assists, averaging 6.96 per set… tied for fifth on the team with 11 service aces… was also fifth on the team in digs on defense with 117, averaging 1.48 per set… recorded a season-high 42 assists against Maryland Eastern Shore on Oct. 31… also had 39 assists on Sept. 25 at North Carolina Central… recorded 33 assists against Bryant on Aug. 27, against Norfolk State on Aug. 31 and against Coppin State on Oct. 10… recorded double-digit assists in 20 of the 28 matches in which she played… had a season-high three service aces against North Carolina Central on Oct. 2… recorded a season-high 12 digs on defense against Campbell on Sept. 4… added 10 digs against Delaware State on Oct. 8.

2009 SOPHMORE SEASON
Played in 89 sets in 27 matches for the Lady Pirates… named Most Improved… led the team in assists with 698 and had an average of 7.84 assists per set, which was fifth-best overall in the MEAC and sixth in conference play… second on the team with serve aces (25), averaging 0.28 per set… also added 105 digs and 8 blocks… had a season- and team-high with 46 assists against Howard on Nov. 6… also had 45 assists at Coppin State on Oct. 11 and 44 against Winston-Salem State on Sept. 26… had 40 assists against Howard on Oct. 18… recorded a career-high four aces against Navy on Aug. 29.

2008 FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 122 games for the Lady Pirates, starting 33 of the 34 matches in which she saw action… named team’s freshman of the Year… fourth in the MEAC and first on the team with 1,008 assists on the season, averaging 8.26 a contest… average jumped to 8.38 assists per game in MEAC play… had a season-high 55 assists against Radford on Sept. 6… recorded another 49 at Morgan State on Nov. 2 and 47 against South Carolina State on Sept. 27 and Fairleigh Dickinson on Aug. 30… third on the team with 25 service aces… recorded 113 digs on defense.

HOF HASHARON
Spent 2003-06 playing for the Israeli Junior National Team at the Wingate National Sports Institute… also represented Israel in the Europe Championships in 2004 (in Slovakia) and in 2006 (in Germany).

PERSONAL
Born May 16, 1988… daughter of Pauline and Jacob Elkayam… has three brothers: Ben (25), Nadav (8) and Guy (18)… nicknamed Lee… majoring in psychology with a minor in biology… wants to become a physical therapist.
