2012 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the javelin… opened the season with a mark of 13.37 meters in the shot put at the Shamrock Invitational, coming in 26th… came in 10th in the weight throw (54.79 meters), 23rd in the shot put (13.92 meters), and 27th in the discus (42.20 meters) at the Raleigh Relays… threw the shot put 13.48 meters at the Colonial Relays to finish 13th in the university competition, while also coming in second in the javelin with a mark of 59.30 meters… came in fourth in the shot put (14.00 meters) and seventh in the discus (41.43 meters) at the Norfolk State Relays… came in 20th in the college shot put at the Penn Relays with a mark of 14.34 meters… tossed the javelin 60.90 meters at the MEAC Championships, finishing second… also finished seventh in the shot put (15.02 meters) and 13th in the discus (39.99 meters)… threw the javelin 59.85 meters at the IC4A Championships to come in ninth.

2011-12 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Threw the shot put 13.82 meters at the Navy Invitational, coming in fifth, while finishing 14th in the weight throw with a mark of 8.72 meters… came in 17th in the shot put at the Golden Flash Gala with a mark of 14.10 meters… finished third in the shot put (14.47 meters) and 11th in the weight throw (11.15 meters) at the Father Diamond Invitational… came in sixth in the seeded shot put at the Gotham Cup at 14.45 meters… finished eighth in the shot put (14.57 meters) and 11th in the weight throw (10.64 meters) at the Armory Open… came in fourth in the shot put (14.20 meters) and ninth in the weight throw (9.95 meters) at the Captain’s Invitational… tossed the shot put 14.56 meters in the championship competition at the New Balance Collegiate, coming in a tie for 44th… threw the shot put a season-best 15.22 meters at the MEAC Championships, coming in seventh.

THURSTON HIGH SCHOOL
Was on the track team all four years… was Second Team All-District in the javelin as a sophomore… named Second Team All-State in the javelin as a junior… also scored 22 points at the state championship in his junior year… set a school record in the javelin as a senior, throwing it 196 feet, seven inches… named Second Team All-State again as a senior… also played football as a freshman, sophomore, and junior… was also on the basketball team as a freshman and sophomore.

PERSONAL
Born April 6, 1993… son of Lisa and Kyle Gray… has four siblings: Kambria (17), Jenna (14), Jayden (11), and Kylan (5)… was featured in The Register Guard and The Springfield Times… majoring in management… wants to own his own business.
