2011 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the 1,500-meter run… ran a 4:44.83 in the 1,500-meter run to finish 12th at the Wake Forest Open… ran a 2:14.74 in the 800-meter run invitational to finish 12th at the Raleigh Relays… finished 28th in the 1,500-meter run at the Florida Relays after running a 4:42.41… came in fourth with a 2:14.54 in the 800-meter run at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational… won the 800-meter run at the International Freedom & Friendship Games with a 2:20.92… also finished second in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:56.70… finished fifth in the 800-meter run with a 2:12.22 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… won the 1,500-meter run at the MEAC Championships with a 4:43.58… also ran a 2:18.70 in the 800-meter run to finish eighth, after setting a school record in the preliminaries with a 2:08.94… ran a 2:09.44 in the 800-meter run preliminaries at the ECAC Championships, finishing 14th… came in fourth in her heat of the 800-meter run at the NCAA East Regional, running a 2:10.23.

2010-11 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the 800-meter run, mile run and distance medley relay… ran a 1:36.80 in the 600-meter run at the CNU Holiday Open to finish fourth… ran a 1:16.87 in the 500-meter dash at the UMES Coach O Invitational to finish second in her heat, while helping the distance medley relay squad come in second with a 12:27.31… won the mile run at the Penn State Relays with a 5:23.10… ran a school-record 2:53.68 in the 1,000-meter run to finish second at the New York City Gotham Cup… came in fourth in the 800-meter run at the Terrapin Invitational with a 2:16.51… ran a school-record 2:10.53 in the 800-meter run at the Penn State Nationals to finish second, while also helping the distance medley relay team win gold with an 11:51.71… ran a 5:00.77 in the mile run at the Vince Brown Invitational to come in third… helped the distance medley relay team finish second at the MEAC Championships with a 12:25.61, while also finishing second in the 800-meter run (2:11.21) and the mile run (5:03.17).

2010 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Named All-MEAC… ran an 18:58.90 in the MEAC Championships, her only race of the season, to finish 11th.

BAYSIDE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran varsity track and cross country all four years at Bayside… won the Wingate Award, as well as the Most Improved Competitor and Fred Thompson Award as a senior… ran a personal-best 20:21 in a 5K cross country run as a senior… also ran a personal-best 56 seconds in the 400-meter dash as a senior… added a 2:08.00 in the 800-meter run her senior year, along with a 4:39.00 in the 1,500-meter run.

Born Dec. 1, 1992… daughter of Darlynn Tate… plans to major in sports management… wants to become a professional sports trainer.
