Played in 19 games averaging 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per game…scored in double figures four times topped by a 15 point outing against Presbyterian (2/12)…Averaged 14.5 points, 6.0 rebounds on 60% FG and 16-16 FT’s in two regular-season games against Presbyterian…Hit 3-pointer with 2.2 seconds left in Big South Tournament opener over Presbyterian (2/27)..

AT HOWARD
Played all 24 games in a reserve role as a sophomore... made his season debut versus Washington Adventist (Nov. 5), playing a season-high 21 minutes while producing nine points and four boards ... scored a season-high 13 points at Ball State (Nov. 23) ... chipped in nine points at American (Nov. 26) and at Florida A&M (Feb. 8).
As a freshman he was selected Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Rookie of the Week (Feb. 12) ... played in all 32 contests with two starts … registered seven double-digit scoring performances … in his collegiate debut against Washington Adventist (Nov. 7), he posted 12 points, eight boards (season-high) and four assists in the victory … recorded back-to- back season-high in points (14) at Ball State (Dec. 20) and versus Hampton (Dec. 22).
PERSONAL
Son of Ray Bethea, Sr. and Terri Bethea…Has one sister (Natasha)…At Atlantic City High School he was the Player of the Year, area scoring champ and voted the Most Exciting Player in South Jersey in 2018.
