NORFOLK, Va. –Hampton's men's tennis team finished their season in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championships on Friday falling 4-0 to Morgan State in the semi-finals at Old Dominion University.
 
In doubles action, Morgan State won two of three matches winning at lines one and two to clinch the point. In singles play, Morgan State would win three straight at lines four, five and six in straights sets to clinch the match. Davy Van Geerke had won 6-2 and was in a tie-breaker before the match got called. Hampton was ahead in the second set of two matches at line one and two that didn't finish.
