
Hampton Women’s Triathlon Set To Begin 2024 Season at East Tennessee State

HAMPTON, Va. (Aug. 29, 2024) … Hampton University women's triathlon team is set to begin the 2024 campaign at East Tennesse State in the ETSU Aquathon. This marks the second consecutive season that the Lady Pirates have competed at the ETSU Aquathon. Friday's race is set to begin at 6:00 p.m.
For the first time in program history, Hampton made the NCAA National Championship. Coach Dr. Jodi Jensen's side qualified for the national tournament with a good showing at the Giant Acorn.
Over 60 percent of the roster returns for the 2024 season. Jordyn Bryant along with Niya Buckner are back from the 2023 roster. Three newcomers Michelle Morgan, Angel Moultrie, and Dymonasia Williams will be competing in their first collegiate triathlon.
