NEWARK, Del. (March 22, 2025) … Jadon Meyers scored two goals and Sebastian West added one and one assist as Hampton dropped a Coastal Athletic Association men's lacrosse matchup 18-3 to Delaware on Saturday.

Meyers and West connected on Hampton's (0-10, 0-2 CAA) first goal as Meyers blistered the net with 5:54 left in the first half as the Pirates trailed 11-1. He found the back of the net off a pass from Reed Shaw for the second goal with seven seconds left in the half as Hampton went into halftime down 11-2.

West got into the scoring act in the third quarter with 4:17 left as he took a pass from Elijah Jean-Jacques to make the margin 15-3. With his assist, West is now tied with Derian Williams-Sturdivant for fifth on the single season assist list with 10.

Hank D'Ambrogi scored four goals to lead Delaware (5-3, 1-1) while John McCurry added three goals for the Blue Hens.

Hampton returns home to face Monmouth at 11 a.m. for Lacrosse Day at Armstrong Stadium.
