HAMPTON, Va. (April 10, 2025) … The Hampton University men's lacrosse team will take to the road again this Saturday as the Pirates visit Towson University for a noon match at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
Hampton enters after a 17-1 loss at Drexel on April 5 as
Canyon Steverson provided the lone tally on the day for Hampton (0-12, 0-4). He was on the receiving end of an
AJ Knox feed 34 seconds into the fourth period to make the score 13-1.
Towson has won their last five matches and are coming in off a 13-12 double overtime win over Loyola (Md.) on Tuesday night. Owen Scott scored the tying goal in the final second of regulation and the game-winner with two minutes left in the second overtime.

The Tigers defeated Hampton 25-2 on April 13, 2024 in Hampton as
Xavier Salley off a feed from
Sebastian West at the 10:30 mark of the opening period.
Canyon Steverson scored a man-up goal with 11:42 remaining in the game.
