HAMPTON, Va. (Feb. 5, 2026) … The Hampton University men's tennis team is set to open its spring 2026 season Saturday when they travel to CNU. 

Last season the Pirates finished 5-13 overall, winning matches over Norfolk St., Chowan, Vassar, Coppin St. and Virginia St. Aryan Arora returns in 2026 after winning seven singles matches and eight doubles as a sophomore, and Benedict Badza returns after nine doubles wins a year.

Hampton competed in four events in their 2025 fall season where freshman Tshion Fedorov was a standout for the Pirates.

The schedule is set to have 22 matches on the schedule for the 2026 season with eight being home contests.

Hampton returns to action Feb. 14, when they travel to take on Navy.
