2012 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the heptathlon… ran a season-best 1:04.56 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wake Forest Open, finishing 13th… also competed in the long jump (4.93 meters, 22nd) and javelin (27.82 meters, 26th)… ran a 1:05.71 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish third and threw the javelin a season-best 35.43 meters at the Tribe Invitational to finish fourth… ran a 1:05.52 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Raleigh Relays to finish 27th… came in 12th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays after running a 1:05.46… jumped 5.37 meters in the long jump at the Norfolk State Relays to finish eighth… scored 4,254 points in the heptathlon to finish fourth at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… tallied a season-best 4,623 points to finish second in the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships… finished ninth in the heptathlon at the ECAC Championships with 4,317 points.
2011-12 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 10th in the unseeded 800-meter run at the New York City Gotham Cup with a 2:21.97… ran a season-best 2:21.34 in the 800-meter run at the Terrapin Invitational, finishing seventh… finished sixth in the pentathlon at the Captain’s Invitational with 3,083 points… tallied a season-best 3,141 points in the pentathlon at the MEAC Championships, finishing eighth.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Ran a 20:49.94 at the UMES Lid-Lifter to finish 47th… came in 33rd at the Tribe Invitational with a 20:26.00… ran a 21:00.14 at the Towson Invitational, finishing 22nd… came in 12th at the Great American HBCU Invitational, running a season-best 20:04.90… completed the 6K course in 24:39.00 at the William & Mary Open, finishing 27th… ran a 20:32.95 at the MEAC Championships, coming in 24th… finished 148th at the ECAC Championships after turning in a 20:40.00.

Ran a 1:03.45 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Wake forest Open to come in 11th… also ran a 2:23.37 in the 800-meter run to come in 37th… ran a 1:03.69 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Florida Relays to finish 34th… jumped 4.90 meters to finish 17th in the high jump at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational… finished fifth in both the javelin throw (26.65 meters) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.51) at the International freedom & Friendship Games… threw the javelin 28.05 meters to finish 11th at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… tallied 4,191 points in the heptathlon to finish fourth at the MEAC Championships.

Second Team All-MEAC in the distance medley relay… ran a 2:21.17 in the 800-meter run to finish fourth in the CNU Holiday Open… finished ninth in the 500-meter dash at the Penn State Relays with a 1:18.14, while jumping 1.42 meters in the high jump to finish 10th… finished eighth in the seeded 800-meter run with a 2:19.05 at the New York City Gotham Cup… was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the Terrapin Invitational with a 3:53.27… ran a 2:22.87 in the 800-meter run at the Vince Brown Invitational to finish ninth… also came in 11th in the long jump (5.00 meters) and tied for 12th in the high jump (1.47 meters)… helped the distance medley team finished second at the MEAC Championships with a 12:25.61… also finished fifth in the pentathlon with 3,282 points.

Opened the season with a 20:51.28 at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invitational to finish seventh… ran a 20:43.89 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational, finishing 29th… finished 39th at the Colonial Inter-Regional, completing the 4K course in 17:53.00… came in tied for 31st at the William & Mary Tribe Open, running a 26:14.00 over the 6K course… ran a season-best 19:45.40 in the MEAC Championships, finishing 21st.

Came in eighth in both the heptathlon (3,979 points) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.41) at the Shamrock Invitational… ran a 1:03.44 to finish eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the UCF Invitational… ran a season-best 1:03.12 in her section of the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays, finishing fourth… threw the javelin 19.05 meters at the Murray Neely Invitational to finish ninth… came in eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.32) and 11th in the 100-meter hurdles (14.75) at the International Freedom & Friendship Games… finished fifth in the heptathlon (4,582 points) and seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.40) at the MEAC Championships.
2009-10 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the distance medley relay… finished ninth in the 800-meter run with a 2:22.15 and 26th in the triple jump at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic with a mark of 10.19 meters… ran a 2:21.91 in the 800-meter dash at the Terrier Invitational, finishing 31st… helped the distance medley relay team finish second at the MEAC Championships with a 12:06.42… also came in fourth in the pentathlon with 3,292 points.
CAMDEN HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track & field all four years… won a state title in the 4x400-meter relay as a sophomore, while also finishing first in the triple jump in sectionals… was third in the 4x200-meter relay as a junior… won a state title in the outdoor 100-meter hurdles as a senior, while also winning a NJSIAA group championship and finishing second in the nation in the 100-meter hurdles… won the Multi-Talented Award.
