2012 JUNIOR SEASON
Named to the MEAC All-Tournament Team… played in 54 games for the Lady Pirates, making 48 starts… led the team and was second in the MEAC with nine home runs… hit .241 on the season, collecting 32 hits in 133 at-bats… drove in 30 runs on the season, second-most on the team… slugged .459, second-best on the team… walked 15 times and was hit by nine pitches on the season… had a 1.000 fielding percentage, recording 77 putouts and 11 assists… went 2-for-3 in stolen base attempts… ended the season on a seven-game hitting streak… named to the MEAC All-Academic Team… VaSID Academic All-State.

DOTHAN-WALLACE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Hit five home runs as a freshman, driving in 18 runs… was named Ohio Valley Player of the Week… hit .312 as a sophomore, hitting eight home runs and driving in 30 runs.

GREEN BAY EAST HIGH SCHOOL
Was named First Team All-Area and All-Conference as a sophomore… had the team’s highest batting average that season… earned the Hustle Award… was name team captain as a junior… again won the Hustle Award as a junior… was a First Team All-Area, First Team All-Conference, and Second Team All-State selection as a senior… was named Team MVP… also played volleyball and basketball all four years.

PERSONAL
Born on July 17, 1990… daughter of Carol and Charles Huwe… has one brother, Jeremiah (19), and two sisters, Chanel (21) and Charity (18)… was featured in the Green Bay Press Gazette… majoring in psychology… wants to eventually work as a case manager in a mental health hospital… also wants to coach high school softball.
