2015 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Played in nine games for the Lady Pirates, making eight starts… had one hit in 17 at-bats… recorded a sacrifice against Lafayette on March 7… had 10 putouts on the season without committing an error.

2014 FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 46 games for the Lady Pirates, making 43 starts… hit .292 on the season, recording 33 hits in 113 at-bats… drove in 24 runs and scored 17 times… had three triples and a double… walked 18 times, ranking third on the team… had a .418 on-base percentage to rank third on the team… was 3-for-4 in stolen bases… had a .952 fielding percentage, recording just three errors all season… had an eight-game hitting streak from March 23 through April 13… went 3-for-3 at the plate against George Washington on April 16… drove in a season-high three runs against Howard on April 13… MEAC Rookie of the Week (April 21).

LAKEWOOD HIGH SCHOOL
Hit .300 as a freshman, earning a varsity letter and Honorable Mention All-Conference… won the Region 6 championship as a freshman to qualify for the state tournament… hit .400 as a junior, again being named Honorable Mention All-Conference and earning First Team Academic All-State honors… hit .450 and drove in 30 runs as a senior, drawing 12 walks and hitting five home runs (including a school-record two grand slams)… was named First Team All-Conference and First Team Academic All-State… won the Captains Award and the John Lynch Star of the Year Award for academics, community service, and athletics… also played soccer as a freshman.

Born on Sept. 27, 1994… daughter of Cindy and Don DeSchepper… has a twin sister Kathy (21)… was featured in the Denver Post and the Lakewood Sentinel… majoring in biology… wants to become an officer in the U.S. Navy, before becoming a pediatric orthopedic surgeon, specializing in sports medicine and neuromuscular disorders… ultimately wants to find a cure for cerebral palsy.
