2012 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season with a 17:28.50 over the 5K course at the Hornet Invitational, finishing 18th… ran a 30.08.00 over the 8K course at the William & Mary Invitational, finishing 70th… ran a 29:24.10 to finish 34th at the HBCU Cross Country Invitational… came in 61st at the CNU Invitational after running a season-best 28:16.50… finished 45th in the MEAC Championships with a 29:34.69.

2012 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the season with a 49.14 in the 400-meter dash at the Shamrock Invitational, finishing 18th… came in third in the 800-meter run invitational at the Raleigh Relays, turning in a 1:51.56… came in sixth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays, running a season-best 54.03… ran a 4:04.05 in the 1,500-meter run at the Norfolk State Relays, finishing fifth… finished fifth in the 800-meter run (a season-best 1:51.01) and seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (59.53) at the MEAC Championships… ran a 1:52.08 in the 800-meter run at the IC4A Championships, coming n 15th.

2011-12 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a season-best 1:55.07 in the 800-meter run in the Navy Invitational, coming in seventh… ran a 4:33.08 in the mile run at the Father Diamond Invitational, finishing 18th… came in 20th in the mile run at Saturday at the Armory, running a season-best 4:29.82… came in second in the 800-meter run at the Captain’s Invitational after running a 1:56.59… ran a 1:55.42 in the 800-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational, finishing seventh… came in ninth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships after running a 1:56.87.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened his season with a 29:47.53 in the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational to finish 41st… came in 34th in the Great American HBCU Invitational, running a season-best 29:25.40… ran a 29:52.00 to finish sixth in the Panther Cross Country Classic, his best finish of the season… came in 54th in the MEAC Championships after turning in a 30:33.22.

2011 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 1:54.86 in the 800-meter run at the Alabama Relays, finishing 10th… finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships, running a season-best 1:52.73.

2010-11 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 2:20.36 in the 800-meter run at the Golden Flash Gala, finishing 38th… finished seventh in the seeded 800-meter run at the New York City Gotham Cup, running a season-best 1:55.46… ran a 1:25.08 in the 600-meter run at the Terrapin Invitational, finishing 14th… finished ninth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships, running a 1:56.95.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season with a 29:30.12 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invite to finish 36th… came in 26th at the Colonial Inter-Regional with a 22:15.00 over the 6K course… ran a 29:41.60 in the HBCU Cross Country Challenge to finish 45th… came in 55th in the Tribe Open with a 33:16.00… ran a 29:32.60 at the MEAC Championships to finish 29:32.60.

PLEASANTVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track & field and cross country all four years at Pleasantville… ran a 2:02.00 in the 800-meter run and a 4:42.00 in the 1,600-meter run as a freshman… improved to 1:57.00 in the 800-meter run and 4:29.00 in the 1,600-meter run as a sophomore… ran a 1:54.00 in the 800-meter run as a junior… also ran a 50.90 in the 400-meter dash and a 55.60 in the 400-meter hurdles… won the indoor sectionals in the 800-meter run and the county 400-meter dash title as a junior… helped Pleasantville to the indoor track title as a junior… ran personal bests in three races as a senior: a 50.50 in the 400-meter dash, a 55.00 in the 400-meter hurdles and a 1:55.00 in the 800-meter run.
