Opened the season with a 30:01.34 to finish 34th in the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite… ran a 27:21.26 in the UMES Cappy Anderson Invite to finish 19th… covered 6K in 20:37.00 to finish 21st in the Colonial Inter-Regional… finished 13th in the HBCU Cross Country Challenge with a career-best 27:01.90… ran a 28:24.00 in the Tribe Open to finish 27th… finished 19th in the MEAC Championships with a 27:06.60.

2010 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 4:10.22 to finish 27th in the 1,500-meter run at the Alabama Relays… helped the distance medley relay team finish eighth at the Florida Relays with a 10:18.36… won his first collegiate title at the Murray Neely Invitational, taking the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a 10:09.41… finished 12th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MEAC Championships, running a 10:48.03.

2009-10 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Third Team All-MEAC in the distance medley relay… finished ninth in both the mile run (4:31.21) and 3,000-meter run (9:16.42) at the Golden Flash Gala… ran a 9:30.71 in the 3,000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational to finish 13th… finished 11th in the mile run (4:29.67) and 40th in the 3,000-meter run (9:22.11) at the New York City Gotham Cup, while also helping the distance medley relay team finish second with a 10:21.93… helped the distance medley relay squad win the title at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic with a 10:26.44, while also running a 4:30.34 in the mile run to finish 22nd… ran a 2:36.00 in the 1,000-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational to finish seventh, while running on the distance medley relay team that finished 12th with a 10:34.71… finished 26th in the 1,000-meter run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational, running a 2:33.51… ran a 4:46.23 in the mile run at the MEAC Championships, finishing 22nd… helped the distance medley relay team finish third in the MEAC Championships with a 10:24.37.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season by running a 29:48.07 in the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite, finishing 39th… finished 57th in the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational with a season-best 27:25.42… ran a 28:37.20 to finish 53rd in the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional… ran a 28:21.00 in the HBCU Cross Country Challenge to finish 21st… finished 19th with a 28:30.84 at the Tribe Open… finished 37th in the MEAC Championships after running a 30:42.96.
