Ran a 1:57.72 in the 800-meter run at the Wake Forest Open to finish 46^th… also finished 128^th in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:35.00… posted the best Pirate time in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays, finishing 32^nd with a 49.03… came in 17^th in the 400-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational, running a 49.64… also finished 35^th in the 800-meter run with a 2:13.25… tied for 15^th in the 400-meter dash (49.86) and finished 33^rd in the 800-meter run (2:00.39) at the Tony Waldrop Invitational… ran a 1:56.11 in the 800-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, finishing eighth… ran a 1:54.12 in the preliminaries of the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships to finish ninth and just miss advancing  to the final.

 

Finished fourth in the 800-meter run at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 2:03.44… ran a 1:57.55 in the 800-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational to finish seventh… also finished 33^rd in the 1,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a 2:42.70… finished ninth in the 800-meter run at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic, running a 1:56.87… came in 26^th with a 1:56.09 in the 800-meter run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational… ran a 1:56.36 in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships to finish ninth.

 

Posted only time of the year at the Norfolk State Invitational, running a 33:17.00 to finish 32^nd.

 

2006 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Participated in three meets… at the VCU Ram Inv., finished tenth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.26… at the Lou Onesty Inv., ran a time of 51.82 in the 400-meter dash, and ran the third leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that finished with a time of 3:19.39… at the MEAC Outdoor Championships, ran a time of 1:57.31 in the prelims of the 800-meter run, and ran a time of 4:34.26 in the 1500 meter run.

2005-06 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Participated in seven meets… primarily a mid-distance runner… at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter, ran leadoff for the 4x800 meter relay team that finished second with a time of 8:17.88… at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O Invitational, ran the second leg of the distance medley squad that finished fifth with a time of 10:45.34, and finished eighth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.31… at Virginia Tech Invitational, ran a time of 1:57.92 in the 800-meter run… at the Maryland Invitational, ran a time of 1:58.68 in the 800-meter run… at the On Track Open at Liberty University, finished ninth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:00.73, ran second leg for the 4x400 meter relay team that finished eighth with a time of 3:30.39, and ran the second leg on the distance medley squad that finished fourth with a time of 10:38.38… at the UNC Chapel Hill Carolina Classic, finished fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:57.62… at the MEAC Championships, ran the third leg of the distance medley squad that finished seventh with a time of 10:34.83.

Performed for the varsity track team all four years at Suitland… helped the team win county, region and state titles in outdoor track as a freshman… earned first team All-County honors as a sophomore as Suitland won county and region championships… team MVP during the indoor season as a junior, also picking up second team All-Met honors… helped Suitland win indoor and outdoor state titles his junior year… first team All-County in track as a senior, helping win county, region and state titles in both indoor and outdoor track… also played football, earning second team All-County honors as a senior.

 

Born June 28, 1986… has four brothers: Antion (35), Walter (28), Nigel (17) and Malik (16)… majoring in finance with a minor in computer science… wants to become a CPA… once featured in the Washington Post by John Gallo.
