Former N.C. Central pitcher Ashanti Eubanks joined the Hampton coaching staff in July 2026 reuniting with her college coach Cat Tarvin.
Eubanks was a part of the 2023 MEAC Conference Championship team where she tossed two complete-game victories in the tournament, including earning the win in the championship game against Coppin State.
In her career she amassed 21 wins and struck out 229 batters.
Following her graduation in 2024, she coached at Jordan High School in Durham where she also taught math.
