Biography

2023 (Sr.) 

  • Started 12 games in her senior season 
  • She tallied 23 hits, 15 RBIs, two HR, 14 walks, 111 putouts, 29 assists and a fielding percentage of .952 
  • Posted three RBIs against Mercer (Feb. 12) and Stony Brook ( Apr. 22) 
  • Recorded three or more putouts in 19 games, including seven vs. Binghamton (Mar. 4) 
  • Made the Dean’s list both semesters for the fourth consecutive year 

2022 (Jr.) 

  • Started 55 games and posted 42 hits (.261%), 26 RBIs, nine doubles, five home runs, 16 walks and a .410 slug percentage 
  • Finished 3-for-3 against Rider on Mar. 6 that included a home run, a double, a stolen base and two RBIs 
  • Posted multiple hits in eight games 
  • Recorded a career-high in putouts 
  • Tied a career-high in putouts with nine at Gardner-Webb on Mar. 12. 
  • Graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Pre-Medicine (2022) 
  • Once again made the Dean’s list both semesters

2020 (Fr.) 

  • Finished the season with 10 runs scored, three stolen bases, .293 batting average ,  
  • She had three multiple-hit games, two multiple RBI’s games, a four-game hitting streak and reached base in four straight games 
  • Went 2-for-4 with two RBI’s, and one double against George Washington on Feb. 14 and went 3- for-4 with one run scored and one RBI at North Carolina A&T Feb. 8 
  • Made the Dean’s list both semesters 

Prior to Hampton 

  • Attended Bowling Green for one season as a freshman 
  • Batted .308 on four hits with two RBIs in seven appearances 

High School 

  • Attended Miamisburg High School where she was 4x All-Conference, 4x Captain, GWOC Player of the Year (2016), and the Most Outstanding Female Athlete (2018) 
  • Played for club Ohio Lasers Red 
  • Earned four varsity letters in softball, three in basketball and two in volleyball 

Personal 

  • Daughter of Matthew Kepple and Beth Castle and has five siblings, Matthew, Alexandria, Isabelle, Benjamin and Jonathan  
  • Matthew Kepple played men’s volleyball at Sienna Heights University (Michigan) and Alexandria played volleyball at the University of Miami - Middletown (Ohio) 
  • Will graduate with a Master’s in Sports administration in Intercollegiate Sports in December of 2023
