2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the outdoor season with a 10th-place run in the 1,500-meter run at 4:49.84 in the Raleigh Relays, while also helping the 4x800-meter relay team to a tie for 10th with a time of 9:16.24… ran a 20:06.79 in the 5,000-meter run at the Colonial Relays to finish 30th… finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run (5:11.76) and the 5,000-meter run (22:32.75) at the Hampton Relays… ran a 22:26.49 in the 5,000-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet to finish third, while also finishing 10th in the 800-meter run with a 2:19.07... finished 12th in both the 800-meter run (2:21.82) and the 5,000-meter run (21:04.50) at the MEAC Championships, while also finishing 16th in the 1,500-meter run with a 5:10.79.
2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 5:24.02 in the mile run at the MEAC Championships to finish 12th… finished seventh in the 3,000-meter run at the Hampton University Invitational with a time of 11:18.57… came in fourth in the mile run at the Captain’s Invitational with a 5:14.14, while also running an 11:22.52 in the 3,000-meter run to finish 18th… ran a 2:20.21 in the 800-meter run at the Vince Brown Invitational to finish sixth.
2008 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Paced the Lady Pirates in the season-opening UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational, running an 18:44.04 to finish seventh… ran a 26:12.00 on the 6K course at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional Cross Country Challenge, finishing 67th… finished third in the Norfolk State Invitational after running a 19:30.15… ran a 23:22.49 in the MEAC Championships to finish 75th.
2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 18th in the 1,500-meter run at the Wake Forest Open, running a 4:47.38… came in fourth in Section II of the 1,500-meter run at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 4:48.58… finished third in the 1,500-meter run at the Murray Neely Invitational at North Carolina A&T, running a 4:55.70… finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run (4:54.21) and sixth in the 5,000-meter run (20:15.69) at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… finished 10th in the 1,500-meter run at the MEAC Championships, running a 21:28.37.

Second Team All-MEAC selection in the distance medley… won the mile run at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational with a time of 5:24.56… also finished sixth in the 3,000-meter run, running a 11:41.45… won the 1,000-meter run at the Father Diamond Invitational at George Mason, running a 3:06.76… came in sixth in the 800-meter run at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational with a 2:19.43… finished 11th in the 800-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational, running a 2:18.31… came in 52nd in the 3,000-meter run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a 11:13.80… also finished 28th in the mile run (5:13.23)… finished fifth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships with a time of 2:18.64… also took home fourth in the mile run (5:12.93) and ninth in the 3,000-meter run (11:01.83).

All-MEAC selection… finished fifth in the Maryland-Eastern Shore Lid-Lifter Invite with a time of 19:57.28, becoming one of three Lady Pirates to finish in the top-10 at the event… 20:51.00 at the Raleigh Invitational was good enough for 15th… posted the second-best time for Hampton at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invite, finishing 10th with a 19:10.09… finished 55th at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional Cross Country Challenge, running a 24:07.10… came in 32nd at the William & Mary Tribe Open with a 23:59.40… finished ninth in the MEAC Championships with a time of 19:35.80.
2007 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the Norfolk State Collegiate Open, running a 19:29.57… finished sixth in the 800-meter run (2:17.16) and won the 1,500-meter run (4:41.27) at the William & Mary Tribe Invite… finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the International Friendship & Freedom meet with a 11:10.70… helped the 4x800-meter relay team finish eighth at the Penn Relays with a time of 9:06.82… finished eighth in the 800-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, running a 2:29.96… also finished second in the 1,500-meter run (4:42.82) and sixth in the 5,000m run (19:38.01).
2006-07 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Competed in two events in the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter Invitational: the mile run (5:16.85 – 3rd) and the 3,000-meter run (11:05.44 – 6th)… finished eighth in the mile run (5:10.53) and seventh in the 3,000-meter run (2:57.35) at the Virginia Tech Invitational… finished second in the 800-meter run at the Maryland Invitational, running a 2:15.74… ran a 2:16.39 in the 800-meter run at the New Balance Invitational, finishing seventh… finished second in the 3,000-meter run at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational, running a 10:29.95… competed in three events at the MEAC Championships: the mile run (5:11.82 – 4th), the 800-meter run (2:17.21 – 5th) and the 3,000-meter run (10:40.20 – 6th).

Ran a 20:19.00 in the season-opening Adidas Cross country Invitational to finish 17th… came in ninth in the Maryland-Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invitational, running a 19:27.62… finished 75th in the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional with a 24:57.40… ran a 19:14.00 to finish fifth at the Norfolk State Invitational… 24:51.50 was good enough for 27th at the Tribe Open… ran a 19:51.90 at the MEAC Championships to finish 20th.
WESTERN BRANCH HIGH SCHOOL
Starred on the Western Branch track team all four years, competing in cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior… named first team All-Southeastern District as a freshman… also earned first team All-District honors as a sophomore, on top of first team All-Eastern Region… first team All-District and first team All-Region in the 800-meter and 1,000-meter runs as a junior… won the 1,000-meter run at regionals and placing third at the Group AAA state level… All-District and All-Region in the 800- and 1,000-meters as a senior, also picking up All-State honors in the 800-meter run… won the Chesapeake Scholar Athlete Award three straight years.
