Appeared in 36 sets as a defensive specialist for the Lady Pirates…registered 34 digs on the year, including eight against Norfolk State on November 12…posted at least seven digs in her final three matches of the year…contributed two service aces against Delaware State on November 10.
NATION FORD HIGH SCHOOL
Moved up to varsity volleyball as a sophomore after playing on the JV team as a freshman… was fourth in aces with 76 as a senior, while also ranking second in digs with 550… was named All-Region as a senior… also played basketball as a junior.

Born Jan. 8, 1998… daughter of Karen and Rod Gardner… has one sister, Makayla (16)… plans to major in chemical engineering… wants to attend graduate school to study biomedical engineering.
