2016 (Junior)                                                                                                                                                         Appeared in nine contests for Norfolk State as a special teams player and as a reserve cornerback… All five of his appearances at cornerback came in the final five games of the year…Made his first career start against Savannah State and second career start against Hampton…. Made four solo tackles against Savannah State. Finished 2^nd on the team in interceptions on the season with three… Led team in interception yards on the season with 54… Also had twelve tackles on the season (8 solo, 4 assists)…Played his best game in a win over Hampton in the season finale in which he made 4 solo tackles. 1 assisted tackle and an interception that was returned for 54 yards…Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the spring 2017 semester.
2015 (Sophomore)
Appeared in seven contests for Norfolk State as a special teams player and as a reserve cornerback … All seven of his appearances came in the final eight games of the year … All three of his appearances at cornerback came in the final three games of the year… Played 65 snaps at corner… Made two interceptions on the year, tying for the team-lead … Led team in interception yards on the season with 58… Also had four total tackles, one for a loss, and deflected one pass … Had one solo tackle, which went for a 3-yard loss, in the win over Hampton … Snagged his first career interception in the win over Savannah State … Had his best game in the win over Morgan State in the season finale, registering three solo tackles, one pass breakup and an interception which he returned 42 yards.

2014 (Freshman)
Appeared in seven contests for Norfolk State as a reserve defensive back and special teams player …Only made one appearance at cornerback on the year… Made four tackles on the season, two solos and two assisted … Returned one kickoff for nine yards and one punt for nine yards in the opener at Maine … Made two tackles at Savannah State and one apiece against Hampton and Florida A&M.

2013 (Redshirt)
Redshirted the season … Earned a spot on the NSU Athletics Director’s Honor Roll for the fall 2013 semester.

High School
A four sport athlete in high school, Freeman earned first-team All-Eastern District and second-team All-Eastern Region honors at wide receiver for Lake Taylor High School as a senior … Caught 12 touchdown passes for the Titans, who won the school’s first-ever state Group AAA Division 5 championship … Amassed 26 catches for 575 yards (22.1 yards per catch) … also returned a punt for a touchdown… Lettered in basketball and Track & Field at Lake Taylor as well …Clocked a team best 50.4 seconds in the 400 meter dash for the Titans track team… Attended Orangeburg-Wilkinson HS in Orangeburg, S.C., as a junior, where he lettered in football, baseball and track & field … Was a second-team all-region pick as an outfielder by the Orangeburg Times & Democrat for the OW baseball team.

Harry Thomas Freeman V was born on Nov. 30, 1994 … Son of Harry T. Freeman III and Jeneea Jurvey… Earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Norfolk State in the spring of 2017… Nicknamed Scoop Show… Currently pursuing an M.S. in Sports Administration
