Erhen Joseph joined the women’s basketball staff in June 2026 to serve as the Video Coordinator. He comes to Hampton following a season as a graduate assistant at Florida International (FIU) on the men’s basketball team.
While at FIU, he assisted coaches with on the court duties along with cutting video and creating scouting reports.
He also served two seasons as a student manager at FIU where he aided with administrative duties during practice, assisted in video work and performed traditional managerial duties.
Joseph has also worked with One Motive Sports in pre-draft workouts as well as a Sales Academy Representative with the Miami Heat.
He graduated from FIU with a Bachelor of Sports Management degree in 2025.
