NEW YORK, N.Y. – Hampton University senior Reggie Dixon ran in the 60-meter dash at the 105th annual Millrose Games at the Armory on Saturday at the Armory Track & Field Center, recording a top-three finish.

Dixon (Plainfield, N.J.) came in third with a time of 6.70 – which included a 6.25 at the 55-meter split, which was also the third-fastest in the field.

The Pirates also finished fourth in the HBCU 4x400-meter relay event, clocking in at a season-best 3:13.56.

The Pirates and Lady Pirates will return to action on Friday and Saturday, when they head to Landover, Md. to compete in the 2012 MEAC Indoor Track & Field championships at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex.
