NORFOLK, Va. – Julia D'Auvergne recorded the team point for Hampton on Saturday as they lost 6-1 to Radford in a Big South Conference match held at Old Dominion University.

In doubles, Radford took lines one and three by 6-1 scores to take the team point.  Kiah Turner and Cherise Slocombe were leading 5-2 at line two when Radford won the doubles point.

The singles matches saw Radford win at the first five matches by straight sets.  D'Auvergne won line six over Marielle Leahy 6-4, 0-6, 6-4 to give Hampton a team point.

The Lady Pirates now go on the road to Orlando for Spring Break matches the week of March 2-9 starting with a Big South match at Charleston Southern on March 2.
