Today, July 1, begins the much anticipated Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) coverage for NCAA student-athletes, now able to receive compensation for the use of their Name, Image and Likeness from sources outside the University.  This is in conjunction with guidance provided by the NCAA and the Big South Conference, as well as future state laws.

NIL is a constantly evolving area that will see many changes and reviews as circumstances, laws and regulations change. Student-Athletes and those associated with Hampton Athletics should refer back to this page frequently for the most current facts and regulations.
