Played in four games for the Pirates, starting in the season opener at Tennessee Tech… was 6-for-23 in the air for 18 yards.

Won city championships in football as a freshman and sophomore… threw for 1,800 yards and 16 touchdowns as a sophomore… threw for 2,000 yards and 18 touchdowns, while recording eight rushing scores, as a junior, earning Second Team All-City honors… was named Player of the Year for New York City and First Team All-State as a senior after throwing for 2,700 yards and 28 touchdowns… was also First Team Tri-State.
