2013 FRESHMAN SEASON
Saw action in nine games for the Pirates, making seven starts… completed 96 of 171 passes on the season for 1,131 yards and nine touchdowns… completed 56.1 percent of his passes and had a 119.7 efficiency rating… averaged 125.7 passing yards per game… threw for a season-high 263 yards against Norfolk State, throwing a touchdown pass… had a season-high three touchdown passes against North Carolina A&T and against Howard… had a span of five straight games (from North Carolina A&T to Morgan State) with at least one touchdown pass… threw for 226 yards against North Carolina Central… rushed 54 times for 79 yards and a score on the season… rushed for 36 yards and a touchdown against Howard… MEAC Rookie of the Week (Oct. 14).
 
WOODRUFF HIGH SCHOOL
Played JV baseball, football, and basketball as a freshman and sophomore… also spent time on the varsity football team in those seasons… was named All-Region in JV football as a sophomore… moved up to varsity in all three sports as a junior, earning All-Region honors in baseball… was named All-Region in all three sports as a senior… won two championships in football.
