2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 10.84 in the 100-meter dash at the Alabama Relays, finishing 8th… finished 18th in the 200-meter dash at the Colonial Relays, running a 22.32… finished fifth in the 100-meter dash at the Hampton Relays, running a 10.66… ran a 21.84 in the 200-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet to finish 10th… finished eighth in the 100-meter dash at the MEAC Championships with a 10.65… also ran a 21.61 in the 200-meter dash, finishing 16th… finished 13th in the 100-meter dash at the IC4A Championships with a 10.78.
 
2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 6.52 in the 55-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open, finishing 14th… finished ninth in the 60-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational after running a 7.02… ran a 50.52 in the 400-meter dash at the Penn State Open to finish 16th… came in 11th with a 22.78 in the 200-meter dash at the Hampton University Invitational, also finishing 22nd in the 60-meter dash with a 7.07… finished fourth in the 200-meter dash at the Penn State National Open, running a 22.03… ran a 23.07 in the 200-meter dash at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational, finishing 70th… ran a 22.17 in the 200-meter dash at the IC4A Championships, finishing 18th.

2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished fourth in the 60-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 7.02… finished eighth in the 60-meter dash at the Father Diamond Invitational at George Mason with a 7.08… also finished seventh in the 200-meter dash in that meet, running a 23.14… finished 19th in preliminaries of the 55-meter dash (6.55) and 23rd in the 200-meter dash (22.89) at the Virginia Tech Invitational… ran a 7.04 in the 60-meter dash at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational to finish ninth… finished 16th in the 200-meter dash at the Texas Roadhouse Carolina Classic, running a 22.74… finished 51st in the 200-meter dash preliminaries at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a 22.58… ran a 22.84 in the 200-meter dash preliminaries at the MEAC Championships, finishing 18th.

RESERVOIR HIGH SCHOOL
Three-sport star at Reservoir… earned a letter on the varsity soccer team as a freshman, while also performing on the track team… was track MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior… ran a 10.9 in the 100-meter dash and a 22.9 in the 200-meter dash as a junior… as a senior, ran a 10.8 100-meter dash, a 7.02 60-meter dash and a 50.8 400-meter dash, on top of jumping 21 feet, one inch… was team captain as a junior and senior… also played football his junior and senior years.

PERSONAL
Born Feb. 20, 1988… son of Tawanda Mitchell… uncle Marvin Hawkins attended Hampton University from 1991-94… majoring in electrical engineering… wants to one day own his own engineering firm.
