2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 23.89 in the 200-meter dash at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite, finishing 11th… also ran a 52.06 in the 400-meter dash to come in fifth… finished 16th in the 300-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational after running a 35.98… ran a 51.23 in the 400-meter dash at the Penn State Open to finish 21st… finished 23rd in the 400-meter dash at the Hampton University Invitational after running a 52.45.

2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 56th in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays, running a 11.51… ran a 11.24 in the preliminaries of the 100-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational to finish 21st… also finished 21st in the 200-meter dash, running a 22.60… finished 21st in the 100-meter dash (11.53) and 17th in the 200-meter dash (22.60) at the Tony Waldrop Invitational… ran a 11.48 in the 100-meter dash preliminaries to finish 17th at the Morgan State Legacy Meet… also ran a 22.52 in the 200-meter dash, tying teammate Predist Walker for 11th.

Was on football roster as a wide receiver, but redshirted.

MANCHESTER HIGH SCHOOL
Lettered twice in football and four times in track... played wide receiver for coach Tom Hall and helped Manchester to an 8-2 record and the runner-up spot in the Dominion District... competed in track & field for coaches Gene Bowen and Tiffany Anglin... state qualifier in the high jump... part of the 2006 Virginia Group AAA state championship 4x100-meter relay team... two-time All-American in indoor and outdoor sprint medley relay... 2004 USATF National Junior Olympics qualifier in high jump as part of the Richmond Comets track club.

Born Feb. 19, 1988 in Richmond, Va.... son of Sheila and Wayne Thomas Sr... brother of Joseph Thomas… father Wayne ran track at Norfolk State... younger brother Joseph runs track for Cosby High School… cousin Eugene Thomas graduated from Hampton University in 2001… majoring in business management.
