• Played in 10 games for the Pirates as a freshman
• Had 23 solo and seven assisted tackles for a total of 30 stops
• Had 10 tackles at William & Mary on Sept. 28
• Finished with three tackles and a tackle for loss in a 59-17 win at North Carolina A&T on Oct. 19
• A standout student-athlete, he was named to the CAA Commissioner’s Honor Roll (3.00 GPA or better)
• for the Fall 2024
• Earned Hampton University Dean’s List honors (3.00 or higher GPA) for the Fall 2024 semester

High School

• Whaley helped lead James Island High to a 12-1 record in 2023
• He registered 30 solo tackles, 15 assists for 45 total tackles in 12 games. He also had three interceptions, two tackles for loss and returned two interceptions for touchdowns
• He played in the 76^th Touchstone Energy North-South All-Star Game
• A three-year starter at James Island High
