2010 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a school-record 33:46.91 in the 10,000-meter run at the Alabama Relays to finish fourth… finished 40th in the 1,500-meter run at the Florida Relays with a 4:02.56, while also helping the distance medley relay team finish eighth with a 10:18.36… won the 1,500-meter run (4:06.99) and the 5,000-meter run (15:44.78) at the Murray Neely Invitational… finished seventh in the 5,000-meter run at the MEAC Championships with a 15:52.58… also finished eighth in the 1,500-meter run (4:04.58) and ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:20.24).

First Team All-MEAC in the 3,000-meter run… Third Team All-MEAC in the 5,000-meter run and distance medley relay… Finished fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Navy Invitational with a school-record 8:38.81, while also helping the 4x800-meter relay team come in second with a 7:52.96… ran an 8:51.60 in the 3,000-meter run to finish third at the Golden Flash Gala, while also finishing fourth in the mile run with a 4:20.60… ran a 2:36.41 in the 1,000-meter run to finish 16th at the New York City Gotham Cup… finished ninth in the mile run at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic with a 4:24.31… finished 12th in the 5,000-meter run invitational at the Penn State National Invitational with a 15:01.74… finished 25th in the 3,000-meter run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with an 8:43.71, while also helping the 4x800-meter relay team finish ninth (7:51.29) and the distance medley relay team finish 13th and set a new school record (10:17.26)… won the 3,000-meter run at the MEAC Championships with an 8:49.99, while also finishing third in the 5,000-meter run (15:20.50) and the distance medley relay (10:24.37)… ran an 8:42.62 in the 3,000-meter run at the IC4A Championships to finish 25th.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
All-MEAC selection… opened the season with a 29:27.06 to finish 37th at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite… led the Pirates with a 27:25.32 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational to finish 53rd… also paced the team with a 27:30.70 to finish 37th at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional… came in sixth at the HBCU Cross Country Challenge after running a 26:37.00… the top Pirate at the Tribe Open, running a 27:01.87 to finish seventh… the only Pirate to finish in the top 15 at the MEAC Championships, running a season-best 26:36.10 to finish eighth.
2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the 1,500-meter run, 3,000-meter steeplechase and 5,000-meter run… finished second in the 1,500 –meter run (3:59.51), 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:49.20) and 5,000-meter run (15:20.05)… finished seventh in the 1,500-meter run (4:00.66) and 31st in the 5,000-meter run (15:09.83) at the Alabama Relays… ran a 15:24.89 in the 5,000-meter run at the Colonial Relays to finish 20th… finishes sixth in the 1,500-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, running a 4:04.60.

First Team All-MEAC in the mile run… Second Team All-MEAC in the 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run… won the MEAC title in the mile run with a time of 4:21.77… finished second in the 3,000-meter run (8:53.10) and 5,000-meter run (14:44.29) at the MEAC Championships… finished second in the 3,000-meter run at the Hampton University Invitational, running an 8:41.05… ran a 14:42.40 at the 5,000-meter run invitational at the Penn State National Open to finish eighth… finished 23rd in the mile run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational, finishing 23rd… ran a 15:09.83 in the 5,000-meter run at the IC4A Championships, finishing 31st.
