Third Team All-MEAC in the 800-meter run after finishing third in the event at the MEAC championships… finished 16th in the 400-meter dash at the Wake Forest Open, running a 58.07.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the 800-meter run and the distance medley… finished second in the 800-meter run at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational with a 2:19.84… won the 800-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational, running a 2:13.83… time of 2:15.72 in the 800-meter run at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational was good enough for 15th… came in second in the 800-meter run at the MEAC championships, running a 2:17.88.
2007 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 27th in the Raleigh Invitational with a time of 22:14.00… time of 20:58.08 at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invite was good enough for 24th… finished 85th with a 26:38.00 at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional Cross Country Challenge… finished 11th in the Norfolk State Invitational, running a 21:07.00… finished 29th in the MEAC championships with a 21:03.30.
2007 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Norfolk State Collegiate Open with a time of 1:05.04… finished 11th in the 400-meter dash at the International Friendship & Freedom meet, running a 57.45… ran a 2:18.04 in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships to finish fifth.
2006-07 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished eighth in the 800-meter run (2:19.76) and 11th in the 500-meter run (1:17.85) at the Virginia Tech Invitational… ran a 2:22.31 in the 800-meter run at the Maryland Invitational to finish ninth… crossed the line fourth in the 500-meter run at the Penn State Nationals with a time of 1:16.32… finished fourth in the 500-meter run at the New Balance Invitational, running a 1:14.35… ran a 2:21.56 in the 800-meter run at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational to finish second.
2006 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 97th in the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional, running a 25:55.10… ran a 20:27.20 at the Norfolk State Invitational to finish 11th… came in 50th at the Tribe Open with a time of 26:54.00… ran a 20:01.60 at the MEAC Championships, finishing 23rd.

Competed in four meets during the 2005-06 indoor season… ran a season-best 58.22 in the 400-meter dash… did not compete in any outdoor events in 2006.
FREDERICK DOUGLAS HIGH SCHOOL
Won three letters in track and field while attending Frederick Douglas HS… ran for coach Rick Johnson… team won three consecutive county championships from 2003-05… was an all-county athlete in cross country, indoor and outdoor track and field… won the Maryland state championship in the outdoor 800 meters and set the 3A state record in the 500 meters in 2005.
