2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 13th in the 100-meter dash at the Wake Forest Open, running a 12.35… ran a 12.39 in the 100-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays, finishing ninth… also finished ninth in the 100-meter dash at the Murray Neely Invitational with a time of 12.28… competed in two events at the Morgan State Legacy Meet: the 100-meter dash (12.30 – 6th) and the 200-meter dash (24.74 – 9th)… finished tied for 10th in the 100-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, running a 11.84… also helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the MEAC title with a time of 3:40.52.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 59.20 in the 400-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, finishing third… finished second in the 400-meter dash at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 58.78… finished third in the 400-meter dash at the Maryland Invitational, running a 58.59… ran in the finals of two events at the Penn State National Invitational: the 200-meter dash (25.18 – t-18th) and the 400-meter dash (57.26 – 17th)… finished 16th in the 400-meter dash (59.06) and 12th in the 200-meter dash (25.46) at the MEAC Championships.
2007 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the George Mason Classic, running a 56.52… ran a 12.03 in the 100-meter dash at the International Friendship & Freedom meet to finish ninth.
2006-07 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 13th in the 200-meter dash at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter Invitational, running a 26.25… ran a 57.59 in the 400-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational to finish 13th… finished fourth in the 400-meter dash at the Maryland Invitational with a time of 58.06… finished second in the 200-meter dash at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational, running a 25.75… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win the MEAC Championships with a time of 3:47.78.
2006 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Won the 100-meter dash at the VCU Ram Invitational with a time of 12.22… finished 42nd in the 100-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays, running a 12.86… ran a 11.88 in the 100-meter dash at the Maryland Invitational, finishing tied for third with teammate Yvette Lewis… also finished 18th in the 200-meter dash with a 25.32… competed in two events at the Christopher Newport 3-Way Meet: the 100-meter dash (12.50 – 3rd) and the 200-meter dash (25.24 – 2nd)… helped the 4x200-meter relay team finish sixth at the Penn Relays with a time of 1:34.75.
2005-06 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Helped the 4x400-meter relay ‘B’ team finish fifth at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 4:09.65… ran a 7.98 in the 60-meter dash to finish 15th at the Maryland Invitational… also finished 17th in the 200-meter dash (26.44) and 21st in the 400-meter dash (1:01.00)… finished seventh in the 200-meter dash (26.19) and ninth in the 400-meter dash (1:00.67) at Liberty’s On Track Open… ran a 26.19 in the 200-meter dash (11th) and a 59.51 in the 400-meter dash (12th) at the UNC Chapel Hill Carolina Classic.

An all-state performer in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes as a freshman, winning the 200-meter state title… team MVP as a sophomore, winning the state title in the 100-, 200- and 400-meter dashes, as well as the 4x100-meter relay… won the 200-meter and 400-meter dash state championships as a junior… won three state titles as a senior: 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash and 400-meter dash.
