HAMPTON, Va. -- Represent your organization as you watch the Lady Pirates face the Lady Spartans of Norfolk State University in the Battle of the Bay on Saturday. The game will take place on the beautiful campus of Hampton University in the Convocation Center with a tip-off at 4 p.m.

 

In the last meeting, the Lady Pirates punished the Lady Spartans 82-61. Chinyere Ukoh  

(Woodbridge, Va) led the team with 17 points with 11 rebounds. Rachel Butler had 15 points with eight rebounds. Danelle Tate led the Lady Spartans with 33 points, but it wasn’t enough to capture win.

 

Hampton leads the all-time series 41-33. The Lady Pirates have won the last three meetings.

 

This is also a chance for all members of Greek organizations to come out in your paraphernalia. Calling all AKAs, DELTAS, ZETAS, S. G. RHO, ALPHAS KAPPAS, SIGMAS, IOTA, and nobody can forget those brothers of OMEGA PSI PHI.

 

This is sure to be a sellout, so don’t be late; come for the 4 p.m. women’s game and stay for the men’s game, because this will be a fan favorite.
