The Hampton women's Outdoor Track & Field team placed second at the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) championships held at William & Mary's Zable Stadium in Williamsburg, Va. Elon won its third consecutive conference title.
Hampton, participating in its first-ever CAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship, finished a strong second place behind the Phoenix. The Lady Pirates proved their strength at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Feb. 22-23, 2023 when Hampton finished a strong second to Elon, 129.83-121.33.
