Zionn Rice and
Damali Williams have been named to Chi Alpha Sigma 2025-2026 Leadership Cohort.
The cohort is sponsored by Women Leaders in Sports (WLIS) which assists in the development and empowerment of women to serve as leaders in the sports industry either as a coach or administrator.
The pair will serve a one-year term on the Leadership Cohort. As members of the cohort, they will have opportunities for programming and career development. The WLIS offers Chi Alpha Sigma cohort members the opportunity to participate in the Rising Stars Mentoring Program.
Rice and Williams will have access to current industry leaders regarding employment opportunities and assistance with career aspirations.
Rice, a junior from Atlanta, Ga., specializes in the hurdles while Williams, a junior who hails from Clarendon, Jamaica is a thrower.
Chi Alpha Sigma is the first, and only, nonprofit organization that was established to recognize four-year college student-athletes who excel both on and off the field of competition.
