2006-07 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 38th in the 200-meter dash at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter, running a 28.26.
 
BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year star on the varsity track team… finished runner-up in the indoor season and won the outdoor Peninsula District and Eastern region titles as a freshman… won the indoor Group AAA state title in the long jump as a senior… helped Bethel win outdoor state titles in back-to-back years (2003-04), along with one indoor title (2004).

Born Jan. 19, 1986… daughter of Angela Russell and Corlon Ford… has one sister, Lynee (28), and one brother, Lance (15)… relative Henry Russeell Jr. played football for the Pirates in the late 1970s… majoring in biology… plans to become an internal medicine doctor.
