Appeared in all 31 games, getting the starting nod in five contests… averaged 5.5 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game… second on the team with 134 total rebounds and 60 offensive boards… had five double digit scoring games… shot 52-of-110 (.473) from the field and 64-of-106 (.604) from the free throw line… registered his first career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds (9 offensive) versus Morgan State… also added a career-best five steals in that same contest… had another solid outing at home against North Carolina A&T going 4-of-5 from the field and 6-of-6 at the free throw line, while also pulling down eight rebounds and dishing out three assists… matched his career-high with five assists at North Carolina A&T… led Hampton in rebounding four times and in steals five times… got to the charity stripe a season-high 11 times versus Morgan State.

2005-06
Saw action in all 32 games for the Pirates, starting 12… averaged 4.4 points and 4.4 rebounds per game… his 131 rebounds ranked third on the squad, as did his 60 offensive boards… second on the team with 14 blocked shots… shot 42% (45-of-108) from the floor and 61% (46-of-76) at the line… registered three double-digit scoring games… turned in one of his best performances against Morgan State in the opening round of the MEAC Tournament, scoring a career-high 16 points thanks to an 8-for-11 effort at the free throw line, and also grabbing eight rebounds… came back to haul in a career-high 11 rebounds in the quarterfinals against Bethune-Cookman… led Hampton in rebounding five times… had his other double figure rebounding game with 10 versus Norfolk State on Dec. 3… averaged more than seven rebounds per game over the final six games… made 5-of-6 field goal attempts for 10 points and nine rebounds in the regular season finale against Florida A&M.

2004-05
Named to the MEAC All-Rookie Team… appeared in 28 of Hampton’s 30 games, starting 24… averaged 5.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game… registered five double digit scoring games… led the Pirates in assists five times, dishing out a season-high four on three different occasions… went 1-of-4 from the field and 4-of-4 from the free throw line for a total of six points in his college debut at Clemson (11-19-04)… scored a season-high 14 points versus Florida A&M (12-6-04) and at North Carolina A&T (1-8-05) where he was 4-of-5 from behind the arc… also made three shots from three-point range at Howard (1-24-05) and against Morgan State (1-31-05)… made 61-of-144 (.424) shots from the field ,18-of-47 (.383) attempts from three-point range and 21-of-35 (.600) free throws… grabbed a season-high six rebounds versus Morgan State and in the MEAC Tournament finals against Delaware State (3-12-05), where he also added six points and two assists… second on the team in three-point percentage (.383) and third in blocked shots with 13… was 16-of-37 (.432) from behind the arc against league competition.

High School
In his final two seasons with Coach Reggie Peace and the Yellow Jackets, Woodard help guide the team to a record of 47-10 and a runner-up finish in the 2003 4-A state championship game… scored 17 points and pulled down 10 rebounds in the 2003 state championship game against Charlotte Vance… also led Lee County to consecutive league and district championships… named to the GlaxoSmithKline Holiday Invitational All-Tournament Team as a senior… averaged 16 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals during his senior campaign… selected to play in the North Carolina East/West All-Star Game and the North Carolina/South Carolina All-Star Game where he poured in 15 points… as a junior, Woodard scored 25 points in a win over Fayetteville Jack Britt in the regional semifinal.
