2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 50.96 in the 400-meter dash at the Alabama Relays to finish 27th… led the 4x400-meter relay team that finished ninth at the Colonial Relays with a time of 3:18.23… anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second in the Hampton Relays with a 3:25.18… also anchored the 4x400-meter relay team at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, leading to a sixth-place finish and a time of 3:15.02.

2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the season by helping the 4x400-meter relay team finish seventh at the Navy Invitational with a time of 3:24.55… ran a51.42 in the 400-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open, finishing 11th… ran a 1:08.22 in the 500-meter dash at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite to finish fifth, while helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a runner-up finish with a 3:29.50… anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that finished fifth at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 3:18.41… finished 16th in the 500-meter dash at the Penn State Invitational, running a 1:07.06… finished 22nd in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships, running a 2:11.49.
